CustomWorks offers CustomWorks Connect, an exclusive warranty, service and managed support program for our current and new Audio Visual clients. CustomWorks Connect is a priority support package that ensures your investment is optimized and maintained. We safeguard and support your technology systems and users, to maximize your investments and create peace of mind.


CustomWorks Connect Includes:


Managed Parts and Labour Warranty – we manage your warranty service, including the procurement of parts and the assignment of labour. This includes workmanship and programming as required on warranty products. This coverage will elevate the challenge of navigating various warranty programs, depots, service offerings and parts allocations. We will provide you resolution on all your warranty devices attached to our Managed Support Package.

Onsite Warranty Management and Fulfillment - we will diagnose remove and re-install integrated equipment. Today's manufacturer’s warranties no longer provide onsite support as a standard, which creates costs and long down times, let us help remedy that with no additional costs to you!

CustomWorks Help Desk Support – our help desk team is ready and available to support and coordinate services of any type. Send an email to the team for requested services and get priority response, place a phone call to the team and get priority support!

Priority Onsite Support – our support packages assures you fast engagement with a set service level time from initation to remediation!

Semi Annual Preventative Maintenance Service - your systems will receive regular preventative maintenance service that will help to ensure the longevity, functionality and the stability of your investments. With a check list of services and an understanding of your systems our engineers will preform an extensive maintenance to ensure the life of your equipment.

Preferred Pricing on Parts and Accessories – as a CustomWorks Connect client you will receive elite preferred pricing on any parts needed for your equipment and any accessories you require during your contract

User Training - our team will provide you training once a year.* Ensuring that your users understand and take advantage of all the functions of your investment is key to your experience.

Meeting Support Services – if you have an important meeting and require our technicians to do a pre-meeting set up and review, we will provide this service to you!
